The Met x Bolé Road Textiles
I’m so pleased to introduce our newest collaboration: The Met x Bolé Road Textiles. This collection celebrates the reopening of The Met’s Michael C. Rockefeller Wing, home to extraordinary art-works from Africa. We selected three beautiful pieces from the Museum’s collection as our inspiration—each reimagined through handwoven textiles crafted in Ethiopia using traditions similar to those of the original works. - Hana
